In legacy designs, the Handle Driver will apply force to the Valve Handle to conduct valve actuation, as a result the same amount of counter torque will also convey back to the Pipe Clamp through a leveraging path,  by physic this stress is multiplied by the distance between Handle Driver and Pipe Clamp which equivalent to effect of  Moment Arm.
